How service information is handled

SWEETFIX collects the contact, device and problem details you provide so Matt can assess, schedule and complete your request. If you first contact SWEETFIX through email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook or a phone call, the relevant conversation details may be attached to your private customer and job record. This information is used for the service relationship, invoicing, necessary follow-up and legal record keeping.

Customer files and device contents are treated as private. Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary and authorised for diagnosis, repair, transfer or recovery. Data recovery is best effort and may require limited inspection to confirm recovered files are readable.

A phone call is recorded only after you have been told why and have agreed. Recordings and transcripts are kept private, used to capture service details accurately, and deleted when they are no longer needed for that job. A written summary may remain with the service record.

Do not include account passwords in the website form or ordinary messages. Arrange any credentials directly when they are actually required, and change temporary passwords after service.

Service requests and attachments are stored in the private job system. Records are kept only for as long as they are reasonably needed for the service, invoicing, warranty follow-up and legal obligations. You can ask Matt through the same contact channel to show, correct or remove information where appropriate.
